Angler x Lysverket

For one night only, Chef Christopher Haatuft of Norway’s Michelin-starred Lysverket will join Chef Joe Hou in our kitchen.

This marks Angler’s first-ever international collaboration, bringing together two chefs and longtime friends from opposite coasts (and continents) for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

Angler’s annual winter closure for research & development, maintenance, and team rest, will take place January 1st through January 6th.
